OPENING JANUARY 19th ::    CONTACT US FOR DETAILS

Transformation of Body & Mind

At Nice Day Yoga Studio, we invite you to step into a place where zen meets the spirit of Aloha—a place where you can find connection with yourself and others through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and a shared sense of community. Many of our classes were designed for the demographic of our community so we offer many beginner, yin, chair yoga and meditation classes. But don't worry, there are certainly classes on the schedule that will rev you up!

Just Breathe

Understanding the foundation of movement with breath allows for a safe, supportive practice whether it be in one of our Tai Chi, Meditation, Breathwork or Yoga classes. Our classes are taught by teachers you love and know and also new teachers you will learn to love as well. It's all here... FOR YOU!

Our Space

Our studio offers a peaceful escape from the hustle of daily life, tucked away in the artistic town of Hāwī. Come walk through our tropical alley way to our outdoor/indoor front desk and find balance and peace in every practice.

After your practice is complete, enjoy an ice cream from next door at FOUNDING FARMERS ICE CREAM... our sister company!

Breathe. Balance. Be.

Common Questions

In yoga, every question is a step forward on your path. Here are the ones we hear most often.
What should I bring to class?

Bring water to stay hydrated, a yoga mat if you have one and a towel. Personal mats are highly encouraged but studio mats, blocks & straps are available to use for FREE. No rental fee. You may want to bring your own mat for reasons of personal hygiene and regularity of practice.
What is the appropriate clothing for yoga practice?

Make sure to wear things that stretch & move & groove with you. Pants, tops & shorts that hug the skin are best, although you can wear anything from lycra stretch pants to harem pants. Men can go shirtless, but women are required to wear a shirt, sports bra or bralette. Most of all, clean & smelling nice would be beneficial to fellow students & the teacher!
What about eating and drinking before class?
It is a good idea to come to class hydrated and drink plenty of water after yoga class. In most yoga traditions drinking water during class is not recommended. Try not to eat a full meal at least three hours before class.
