Aleah March

I call my yoga style Honey Yoga—a practice that works as a hive to nurture and harvest the sweetest possible results in our lives. Just like bees, we work together with intention and flow, creating strength, balance, and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 12 and have been teaching in Hawaii for the past eight years. Originally trained in Ashtanga and Yin, my teaching has evolved to focus on Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, offering a balance of fluid movement, strength, and deep relaxation.
